When Do We Begin Working On Your Site?

LIMS Web Design will begin working on your website after:
(a) The full scope of the project has been identified
(b) Our client has received a price quote for their project and for additional add-on's which are available.
(c) Our client has read, agreed to and signed our web design Sales Agreement
(d) We have a mutual understanding of the expectations, usability of the site and basic design concepts
(e) We have received 50% down payment
(f) We have received from our client the necessary information required for the project, including but not limited to content and images.

Changes to Web Site

It is expected that our clients will trust the professional level of the LIMS Web Design web design team and will only require reasonable revisions after the project starts. As part of our customer service, we will accommodate up to three minor changes to the original content.

Lead Time

LIMS Web Design will make every attempt to meet our clients requested delivery date. However, occasionally circumstances can prevent this from happening. The client understands that LIMS Web Design cannot be held accountable for missing deadlines if the project is delayed due to waiting on content/information/images or approval from client.

Pricing

LIMS Web Design has the right to set an extra price quote if the client wishes to make additional project changes which were not stipulated before and were not stated in the project description. The completed website will be turned over to our client as soon as we receive final payment. After the website has been approved and is turned over to the client, future changes will be at our standard rate. All payments quoted are net of applicable taxes.

Legal Requirements

Whilst LIMS Web Design will endeavor to ensure that any goods or services supplied will meet all legal requirements, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that pages and images are not libelous and do not infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights. The customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold LIMS Web Design harmless from any legal actions which result from the content of customer pages.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in any design work, documents, drawings and information created by us will remain at all times our property.

Domain Names

We can purchase domain names on behalf of customers. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that a domain name does not infringe any trademarks or copyrights and indemnifies us against any action that may be taken to recover a domain name.

Transfer of a domain name and any cost ensuing (including legal costs) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Payment for domain renewals for is to be made before the due date otherwise the name may be lost.
Ownership of a domain name will not be passed to the customer until all outstanding payments are made.

The Customer Agrees to the following:

1. Where information is taken from other sources or databases it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that there is an agreement for supply of this information with the owner.
2. Clients will not approach or offer any of LIMS Web Design employees or contractors any work or employment other than via LIMS Web Design for a period of at least 6 months after their final contract or employment with LIMS Web Design and at no time whilst they are working with LIMS Web Design.
