The process for designing your custom website with LIMS Web Design is simple:

1) Contact us with details about your project.

2) If you have not already done so, choose your domain name and hosting. We can help you with this process.

3) We will answer any questions you have and discuss options for your custom website project. If you have an example layout you like, let us know too.

4) We will quote you a competitive price for your unique project.

5) If agreed that we are moving ahead with your project, we require a 50% deposit upfront and final payment upon completion of your project. We will send you a formal quote and our terms. Rest assured your project is now in good hands.

6) We will work with you in creating a profile for your company, customers and competitors. This will help with the creation of a theme, layout, design features and marketing strategy for your website.

7) We will advise and reach agreement with you on what design and functionality works best for your site and we will begin to conceive the layout.

8) We will collect all the content and images provided by you electronically. Once we have all of the content for your website project, we will begin. Our lead time is typically 7 - 15 days depending on the size of the project. Some complex sites take longer.

9) We will keep you updated on the design while the project is progressing. Once the basic layout is complete you will be able to see online how it is progressing.

10) When complete we will ask for your approval. Payment must be made in full before the site goes live.
